AIN52® Shipping & Delivery Policy

At AIN52®, speed and reliability are our top priorities. To ensure an uncompromised service across Europe, our entire inventory is managed and fulfilled directly through Amazon’s professional fulfillment centers (FBA) .

Delivery Times: 24/48 hours within Italy (3-5 business days for islands and the rest of Europe).
Order Tracking: As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number to follow your delivery in real-time.
Shipping Costs: Free Shipping on all orders over €30.00. For orders under this threshold, a flat rate of €4.90 will be applied to cover fulfillment fees.
Eco-Friendly Packaging: All our remote controls are shipped in professional Amazon protective packaging, specifically designed to eliminate transport damage and reduce environmental impact.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

At AIN52®, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you experience a compatibility issue or change your mind, our policy fully protects you.

Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. The remote control must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns due to change of mind are borne by the buyer.
Incompatible or Incorrect Product: If you purchased a model that is not compatible with your TV, contact our Support immediately. We will guide you through the return procedure and recommend the correct AIN52® model for your television.
2-Year Kasko Warranty (Manufacturing Defects): All our remote controls are covered by a 24-month warranty against hardware malfunctions .
- How it works: In case of failure after the first 30 days, the replacement is completely free. You will be required to provide video proof of the defect through our Support form and ship the old item back to our logistics center in Floridia before the new replacement is sent.
